This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
BVR Blue VS Red is a local offline game. We do not directly or automatically collect, request, store, or transmit any Personal Data (such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number) or Usage Data (such as device identifiers or gameplay analytics) within the Application. The game operates entirely locally on Your Device.
Please note that the app distribution platform (e.g., Google Play) may collect standard, anonymous download and crash data subject to their own privacy policies.
Our Service may offer digital goods and features for sale via in-app purchases (such as one-time purchases).
We do not collect, process, or store Your payment details. All payment processing and transaction management are securely handled entirely by the app store provider (e.g., Google Play Billing). We only receive anonymous digital receipt validations from the provider to unlock the purchased digital goods within the Application. We never have access to Your credit card information, billing address, or true identity.
Since We do not collect, request, or store any personal data, there is no personal user data stored on our servers to update or delete.
Because We do not collect or transmit Your data, there is no risk of Your personal information being leaked or intercepted from Our Application.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You believe Your child has somehow provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have inadvertently collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13, We will take immediate steps to remove that information.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
